By using ArchitectCoach AI you agree NOT to:

1. Use the Service for illegal activity — including harassment, fraud,

defamation, theft of intellectual property, or distribution of malware.

1. Use the Service to violate your LLM provider's terms — your provider

key is yours; their terms apply to every request the Service forwards.

1. Automated abuse — scripted bulk requests, scraping, or attempts to

exhaust shared resources. Use the rate limits as a ceiling, not a goal.

1. Bypass security or authentication — including session fixation,

credential stuffing, exploiting vulnerabilities without authorization.

1. Reverse-engineer or copy the Service — for the purpose of building a

competing product. (You CAN reuse our open content under

CC BY-SA 4.0.)

1. Submit data you don't have the right to share — including other

people's personal data, copyrighted material, or trade secrets.

1. Submit content that is illegal or harmful — child sexual abuse

material, hate speech, incitement to violence, etc.

Enforcement

If we believe you have violated this AUP, we may suspend or terminate your

account. Repeated or serious violations may be reported to law enforcement

where required by law.
