Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ArchitectCoach AI (the
"Service") provided by Rahul (rahulbsw) ("we", "us"). By creating an
account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
ArchitectCoach AI is an interview, career, and certification preparation
assistant. The Service provides study guides, practice questions, AI-generated
coaching feedback, resume review, and progress tracking.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old. Users between 13 and 17 must confirm
their parent or guardian has given permission.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our
3. Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK)
The Service requires you to configure your own LLM provider API key (e.g.
OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). You are responsible for that provider's terms,
costs, and rate limits. We never charge you for LLM usage.
4. AI output
AI-generated content is for educational purposes only and may be inaccurate
or out of date. Verify before relying on it. It is not legal, financial,

5. Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload (resumes, notes). You grant us
a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the
Service to you. We do not sell or share your content with third parties for
their own marketing or training purposes.

You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits
illegal use, harassment, automated abuse, and using the Service to violate
your LLM provider's terms.
8. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime via the
Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing
period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. We
do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that
AI output will be accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim
arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us
in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or
USD 100, whichever is greater.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be
resolved in the courts of India. This jurisdictional designation is
provisional and may be updated before broader public launch.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will require you to re-accept
the new version at next sign-in. Continued use after re-acceptance is your
agreement.
